Position: Personal Assistant cum HR (人事行政助理)
Personal Assistant (PA) Duties:
- Manage executive schedules, meeting arrangements, and business travel.
- Handle documentation, correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external communications; receive visitors.
- Manage daily office administrative tasks.
Human Resources (HR) Duties:
- Recruitment: Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
- Payroll Processing: Handle monthly attendance records, salary calculations, and EPF / SOCSO / PCB contributions.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
