- Assist with implementing company policies, internal controls and local procurement.
- Understand and collection local Labour/financial/ tax legal regulations.
- Process expense claims.
- Review, inspect and check receipts/invoices of expenditure.
- Manage Fixed Assets.
- Support the budgeting processes.
- Support tasks assigned by the headquarter.
Qualifications
- With at least 5 years of experience in assistant or related jobs.
- Multilingual skills in Malaysian, Chinese, and English are better.
- A bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting is better.
- Computer skills (Microsoft 365 and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
