<p>Job Requirements Minimum Education Associate s degree in Nursing required Required Licenses Current RN registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts AHA ACLS Minimum Work Experience Previous experience in management and / or leadership role Three - four years acute care experience preferred Required Skills Leadership attributes and decision-making skills Functional Demands Physical Requirements: Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
