Job Description

Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Saturday half day, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales order processing, system updates, and order fulfillment tracking.

  2. Maintain and update product information on the company website, including images and descriptions.

  3. Prepare and verify stock-in and stock-out documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.

  4. Manage product entries, inventory adjustments, and sales orders in the system accurately and timely.

  5. Organize and maintain customer records, contracts, and sales documentation.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Office and basic computer operations.

* Good communication skills with fluent English.

* Responsible, well-organized.

* Experience in trading, wholesale, or automotive parts is an advantage.
