Job Description
The Admin OJT will assist the Administration team in daily office operations and clerical tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in administrative work, documentation, coordination, and office management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records
- Help prepare reports, forms, and other administrative documents
- Support admin tasks such as attendance checking, monitoring, and encoding
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and office activities
- Handle basic office errands and administrative support tasks
- Respond to inquiries and assist employees or visitors when needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as an OJT/Intern (preferably Business Administration, HR, or related course)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
