Admin Intern

Placement: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Period: 3-6 months

Paid Internship with Rp 2.000.000 remuneration every month

Qualifications:

1. Final-year students or fresh graduates (must be available to intern with no active classes)
2. Proficient in English, both spoken and written
3. Detail-oriented with good administrative and numerical skills
4. Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly
5. Able to WFO
6. Able to start from July 2026

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in vendor coordination related to company operational cars
2. Support administrative tasks and documentation for company vehicles
3. Assist daily administrative activities and internal coordination
4. Prepare reports and supporting documents as required
