Position Summary
Wellington Foundry is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin & HR Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of our manufacturing facility. This hybrid role manages daily office administration while providing critical support as our Human Resources department, including assisting in recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a shop-floor environment and can handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Functions (60%)
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full‑cycle recruiting for shop staff (posting ads, screening, scheduling interviews), conduct new hire orientation, and complete all required new hire paperwork.
