Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Serve as first point of contact for office queries (in person, email, phone).
- Maintain office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and manage documents, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Support travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.

- Assist with recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
