Job Description
Responsibilities Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire suitable candidates efficiently. Oversee employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration and compliance with company policies. Handle employee relations matters, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment. Process applications, renewals, issuance, and cancellation of work passes in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and skills. Verify attendance records and update leave information to ensure accurate employee data. Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. Administer leave and medical records in compliance with company policies. Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant labour laws and regulations, including the Employment Act.
