Our client in the Firearms and Outdoor industry is looking for an Admin/Floor Manager.

Key responsibilities Successfully manage staff/customer enquiries Adhere to all sales/safe procedures and knowledge of safe admin will be beneficial Regular reporting and feedback to store manager Daily floor walks Daily backorder checks Monthly Non-Stock Backorder investigation Daily managing tasks on wanderlust and ensuring all daily duties are conducted timeously Behavioral Competencies Proven sales track record Balanced and mature behavioral profile Energetic/self-motivated and goal oriented Ability to work under pressure and put in extra efforts to meet tight deadlines Strong customer orientation skills, and trading mentality.
