Team Overview
You will act as an Administrative & Facilities Analyst, supporting 5 Offices across Latin America. Your role is to support the Administration & Facilities Office Manager by creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, employee experience, communication, and security. Duties include running routine safety inspections, responding to daily employee inquiries, collaborating with landlords and coworking spaces to ensure compliance, managing vendors, supporting maintenance and refurbishment works, maintaining records, and handling other administrative tasks.
Role Responsibilities
- Support daily inquiries at offices such as reception of visitors, employees, delivery of access cards, and keep tracking records.
