You will manage work pass applications and renewals, prepare employment documents, support accounts and administrative tasks, and assist with ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations by liaising with the Ministry of Manpower to resolve related issues
• Prepare employment agreements, letters, and other official documents accurately and timely
• Support basic accounts tasks by maintaining records and assisting with financial documentation to facilitate smooth operations
