What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
Office administration:
Own day-to-day office operations, supplies, vendor coordination, meeting logistics, and general correspondence.
- Maintain orderly filing (digital and physical) and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Staff attendance and HR admin:
Monitor and record daily attendance, leave applications, and overtime in our HR/attendance system.
- Prepare simple reports for payroll and management, flagging any anomalies proactively.
Finance tasks and invoicing:
Prepare and send customer invoices; track payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Assist with expense claims, petty cash, basic reconciliations, and document preparation for month-end.
Customer data management:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in our CRM and spreadsheets.
