Job Description

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate delivery status updates.
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and tax invoices.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Generate and maintain daily sales reports.
  • Monitor and support daily sales administration and operational activities.
  • Address customer concerns and provide after‑sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  • Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management.
