Overview
The Admin Clerk will play a pivotal role by assisting the Logistics Team by providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations at the Depot.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Capture of Debtors Master Data
- Process invoices / credit notes / pro-forma statements
- Administering Debtors / Debt collection
- Follow up on outstanding accounts
- Contact debtors and request payment
- Provision debt / debt reports
- Maintain accurate records of debtors accounts
