Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare project material & control material stock
- Prepare reports, quotations, and ISO documentation
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Support finance tasks such as Claim and basic data entry
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Assist Superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
