Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Prepare project material & control material stock
  • Prepare reports, quotations, and ISO documentation
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Support finance tasks such as Claim and basic data entry
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Assist Superior
