The Role:
Reporting to the Director, you will also be supporting the office with general office administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and coordinating team events
- Arranging any travel requirements for the office and producing itineraries
- Sending activity reports globally
- Ensuring all stock is up to date
- Meeting room management
- Managing initiatives
- Printing and filing
- Coordinating meetings and arranging any relevant paperwork
- Minute taking
- Collecting data and information for senior meetings
- IT assistance
