Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- With or without experience (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Can handle front desk tasks, documentation, and clerical work
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Must be customer-oriented and presentable
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assists logistics of items requested by refilling plants
- Welcoming clients / visitors and directing to their destinations
- Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
- Receiving mail, documents, packages and other deliveries
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
