Sales Order :

• Open the Sales Order from system, print out and issue to Security Personnel
• After goods loaded and weigh at weighbridge, need to ensure no variance. If the quantity loaded is more than the specified figure in order form, must call Sales HQ for verification.
• After everything settled and in order, can proceed for gate pass issuance by security personnel.

Security Task :

• To assist on Vehicle Control Form (VCF) and Gate Pass issuance.
• To ensure Company premises and properties are guarded and in good condition.
• To report immediately any incident during patrolling factory compound to the H.O.D and record in the logbook for reference.
• To ensure employee personal belongings, vehicles and any package brought in and out of the factory premises are checked.
• To record visitor or contractor personnel particulars, time in and out and to issue Visitor
