Job Scope: Admin Clerk (Attendance Management)
1. Attendance Monitoring
- Record daily staff attendance using manual logs, biometric systems, or attendance software
- Monitor clock-in and clock-out times for all employees
- Ensure attendance data is accurate, complete, and updated daily
2. Leave & Absence Tracking
- Track employee leave (annual, medical, unpaid, emergency)
- Verify supporting documents such as medical certificates or leave forms
- Record absences, late arrivals, and early departures
3. Overtime & Shift Records
- Record overtime hours and shift schedules
- Ensure overtime approvals are properly documented
- Prepare overtime summaries for payroll processing
4. Payroll Support
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll submission
- Coordinate with HR/Payroll to resolve attendance discrepancies
