When you join your team, you become a vital and integral part of the equation to success. Role and Responsibilities As a Summer Analyst, you will be placed into one of the following teams. Team allocations will be determined based on a mutual fit, taking into consideration your interest and skill set, business needs and management decision. Application Development Teams (Institutional Securities Technology): Our development teams design, develop, maintain and protect applications used by our business units to deliver first-class business in a first-class way for our clients. Developers build and make system design decisions, then integrate, test and deploy those applications into production. Developing high-performing, low-latency electronic trading systems, and evolving complex workflows and life-cycle management capabilities are just some of the projects available for developers. Cybersecurity Teams (Cyber Data Risk & Resilience): Cybersecurity teams mission is to proactively deliver first-line defenses to manage cyber and fraud risks to our technology, operations and information through risk identification, control management and assurance. Our teams deliver programs that protect and enable the business, ensure secure delivery of services to clients, adjust to address the risks presented by an evolving threat landscape and meet regulatory expectations.
