Adjunct Instructor - Music Appreciation

Position Details:  
Kilgore College is seeking a passionate and experienced Instructor to join our Music Department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality instruction to students of various backgrounds, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The instructor will be responsible for teaching a college level Music Appreciation course in multiple formats (in-person, online, hybrid, dual credit).

Responsibilities:  

+ Teach, conduct, and develop Music Appreciation courses

+ Collaborate with other music faculty at Kilgore College

+ Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of students

+ Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback

+ Stay current with pedagogy and performance practices to ensure high-quality instruction
