Adjunct Faculty: Spanish 2026-27

The Department of Languages and Cross-Cultural Studies at Augsburg University invites applications for an adjunct faculty position to teach one, two, or all of the following sections of beginning Spanish: 

• SPA 111-B: Beginning Spanish I on MWF 10:50-11:50 and Thursdays from 10:10-11:40. 
• SPA 111-E: Beginning Spanish I on MWF 3:30-4:30 and Thursdays from 3:40-5:10.
• SPA 112-A: Beginning Spanish II on MWF 2:20-3:20 and Thursdays from 2:00-3:30.

All three courses run in Fall 2026 (9/2/2026 – 12/18/2026).

Applications will be accepted through July 24, 2026.

In addition to teaching the class and grading student work, instructors are expected to respond to student questions through email, hold regularly scheduled office hours, reach out to students with course progress information, and communicate regularly with the course coordinator.
