Adjunct Faculty - HVAC (on campus)

Overview

Manchester Community College is seeking qualified individuals interested in adjunct teaching on a course‑by‑course basis; strong academic background is required. The position is in the HVAC Department as an instructor for an evening Fundamentals of Refrigeration course scheduled on campus.

Requirements

Educational: Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or technical school with major study in HVAC technology, engineering or technical education.

License/Certification: Must hold and maintain a current NH Gas License and Section 608 Universal EPA Certification.

Adjunct Appointment Details

Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in‑classroom or online instruction. The Vice President of Academic Affairs will determine adjunct levels based upon Education and Experience. Current pay rates are:

• Level 1 – $825.00 per contact hour for the course
