Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructors

Job description The School of Nursing at Avila University invites applications for adjunct clinical instructor positions for various placements for Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. Clinical adjunct instructors may include the following placements (in-patient environment only): Critical Care, Medical Surgical/Telemetry, Mental Health, Pediatrics, Obstetrics (OB). Placements occur on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Responsibilities Provide instruction, activities, assignments, assessments, and feedback to adequately cover all objectives for the specific course(s) taught. Deliver content using effectual methods appropriate to students with differing abilities, levels of preparation, and cultural experience. Work effectively with the program Chair and/or the Laboratory Manager. Remote appointments possible depending on course needs and at the discretion of the Dean.
