You will operate as a field-based sales and outreach specialist, visiting businesses in targeted towns, presenting the program, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the application process. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, drive referrals through community organizations, and help coordinate recruitment events. The position involves regular travel within a two-hour driving radius and offers commission-based earning potential tied to partner conversion milestones.
