Spero Health is seeking an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our teams in Savannah, TN and Lawrenceburg, TN!
This position is for an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner with the ability to prescribe buprenorphine to join our team to fulfill its mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope, and Restoring Relationships to those suffering from substance use disorder. We provide local and affordable outpatient care primarily to those suffering from opioid addiction, and we operate as one of the largest Office Base Opioid Treatment (OBOT) providers in the country.
