Adaptive Skills Therapist - M.S

Liberty Behavioral and Community Services located in Downtown LA, CA, is seeking out driven, talented, and experienced employees searching for a great opportunity to work with developmentally disabled clientele (ages 5-65) on much needed adaptive skills training, which includes but is not limited to independent living skills (personal hygiene goals, laundry/cooking skills, etc.), social skills (navigating and communicating in one’s own environment or in the community, back and forth conversation, social pragmatics, etc.), safety skills (community safety, internet safety, creation of appropriate emergency practices, etc.), financial management (paying bills, creating budgets, etc.), etc.

As an employee in Liberty's adaptive skills program, your duties will be to teach adaptive skills to children or adults between the ages of 5 and 65. You will be assigned a workload that may consist of 1:1 client ratio each requiring various hours of servicing per month (20-40+ hours). ...
