Strong experience managing campaigns in a fast-paced ad operations or retail media environment Demonstrated understanding of retail media networks, particularly in-store activations including digital signage screens, audio, and DOOH inventory Experience with inventory forecasting, operational planning, pacing analysis, and campaign delivery management Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and process management skills Ability to navigate evolving operational environments with changing inventory and deployment timelines Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Account Management, Creative, and external vendor partners Practical experience executing campaigns within programmatic DSPs and related ad technology platforms
