About the Role

We're looking for a fully remote Ad Operations Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end workflow for a high-volume ad build operation. This role is responsible for managing intake, prioritization, assignment, quality control, and launch readiness across a fast-moving queue of digital advertising projects.

You’ll serve as the primary connection between account teams and ad builders, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Own the ad build queue, primarily on Meta, from intake through final delivery
