Your Challenge As Ad Operations

• Lead and develop the Ad Operations Team for the US East Coast market.
• Monitor and improve operational performance, tracking key business and campaign metrics, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements in processes and delivery.
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing regional best practices at the market level and guaranteeing efficiency and quality in campaign execution.
