Requirements:  
CRT or RRT Preferred.  
Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license by the State of Illinois.  
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.  
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification  
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification  
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification  
Able to obtain certificates within 6 months of being hired.
