Job Description

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Mental Health Assistant for Acute Mental Health Ward 9B at Wakari Hospital. The role supports nurses and the care team, assisting with patient movement and direct patient care in a fast-paced ward environment. 
Shifts are rostered Monday through Sunday. Applicants must have a full NZ driver’s licence, NZ work rights, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining ward facilities and stock reconciliations.
