Role Description
Mission:
As a member of our Customer Care team, the Senior Support Construction Consultant will work on existing customer support issues, including report writing, module configuration, break/fix support, testing, and training.
Objectives (Key Outcomes)
+ Complete assigned support tasks (independently).
+ Maintain 75 percent or greater utilization on an average annual basis.
+ Maintain Acumatica certifications and continue developing skillsets across modules.
+ Continue to develop soft consulting skills.
Responsibilities
+ Support Acumatica ERP for existing customers.
+ Responsible for report writing, product configuration, testing, and training.
+ Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationship with customers. Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with business stakeholders.
