Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is currently recruiting for a Fulltime Activity Therapist Psychiatric.

Position:

The Activity Therapist Psychiatric Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, to provide therapeutic recreational and activity services to adult, adolescent, or child patients under HBHH care for emotional or substance abuse problems.

+ Develops and implements activity Therapy treatment plans in concert with the interdisciplinary treatment team.


+ Demonstrates sound application of AT Theory and methodology


+ Contributes effectively to discharge planning.


+ Plans and prepares for activities.
