Activity Coordinator

Activity Coordinator – part time St Mark's Care Home

Location: 110 St Mark's Rd, Maidenhead SL6 6DN

Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour depending on experience

Contract type: Permanent part time, 15 hours per week (must be flexible to work weekends)

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner for the home and work within a set activities budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaise with external companies and performers to organise days out/events.
• Organise one‑to‑ones with residents (reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, tea and chat).
• Support the home with its social media channels as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Creative thinker with numerous ideas and ability to manage budgets and paperwork.
