ACTIVITY AIDE/COORDINATOR-PRN

Essential Job Duties:

1. Remain under supervision of certified/registered therapist.

2. Develop and implement expressive therapy treatment plans that are age appropriate, and consistent with overall treatment goals.

3. Maintain the clinical and administrative documentation associated with performed services.

4. Progress notes should be accurate, timely, legible and co-signed by certified/registered therapist.

5. Effectively contribute to discharge planning of patient
