Role Overview

The Activities Lead Living Well Team will lead the development and delivery of engaging, person‑centred activities and wellbeing programmes across our care home services. This role works closely with residents, families, colleagues, volunteers, and community partners to ensure a varied and meaningful programme that promotes independence, wellbeing, social connection, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Living Well Team across the Betty Asher Loftus Centre homes.
• Plan and deliver a varied programme of activities, events, outings and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure programmes are tailored to residents’ individual interests, needs and abilities.
• Support residents living with dementia, physical disabilities and complex care needs.
• Incorporate Jewish festivals, traditions and celebrations into activity programmes.
