About the role

We are seeking a candidate to work Tuesdays and Thursdays (12 hours contracted) and occasional weekends. The post holder will be responsible for planning and organising activities for all residents in the Home, at various times during the day. There will be times when additional hours may be required to facilitate outings and events, therefore a flexible approach will be adopted for residents to receive the greatest advantage.

The post holder will support and facilitate residents’ social, intellectual and spiritual well‑being, through activity, by supporting interests and enabling participation.
