About The Role

The ideal candidate must be fully flexible. 

As an activities co-ordinator you will be responsible for the activities offering in the home. You will be formulating an activity plan for each individual resident by spending time getting to know their past, likes and dislikes and families. You will arranging suitable trips out for our residents as well as arranging for entertainment to come into the homes. You will also build up links in the community and build relationships ...
