Pay: £12.85 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week, including alternate weekends

About The Role

Plan and deliver an ongoing programme of social activities for residents, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a varied and engaging programme of social and therapeutic activities tailored to residents’ interests and needs
• Help plan and run a calendar of events that promotes wellbeing, connection, and enjoyment
• Observe and respond to residents’ changing needs, raising any concerns with the care team as appropriate
• Assist during mealtimes to create a calm, sociable, and enjoyable dining experience
• Encourage and support residents to maintain independence and participate actively in daily life
