- Ensure the security and compliance of Active Directory services across the organisation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory performance issues.
- Implement upgrades and patches to maintain system reliability and security.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for directory services.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on Active Directory-related issues.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for directory services.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture and administration.
