Be a product compliance expert and work cross-functionally to develop compliance requirements. Be a cross-functional team leader to achieve compliance timeline and certification deliverables. Setup, perform product safety and grid performance testing of Enphase products (Micro-Inverters, Battery Storage systems and Controllers). Provide Interpretations of compliance requirements to design and development teams throughout product development stages Manage and work with NRTLs to produce test plans, reports, and certifications. Help develop an art-of-the- state compliance test lab and team to support compliance activities. Be proficient and Team Champion of have a strong understanding of the following test standards: UL1741, IEEE 1547, UL1998/991 and UL60730;
