Come join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in Lewiston! The ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Program Supervisor oversees operation and functioning of all aspects of the ACT program, including supporting staff and providing individual or group counseling to individuals with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illness, in community, home, and office-based settings on a limited basis. The ACT Program Supervisor also works collaboratively with other agency departments to best support quality programming and the fiscal health of the programs for which they are responsible.
DUTIES:
+ Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate employees, in conjunction with the Associate Director and/or Director.
+ Assure that employees maintain current Client records and documentation according to Spurwink, billing, regulatory and licensing standards.
