**Job Title: AC&R Technician**

**Job Description: Aerotek is looking to hire AC&R Technicians with 3 to 5 years of experience. The pay is in the upper 20s low 30s.**

This contract-to-hire role offers an experienced AC&R Technician the opportunity to install, repair, and maintain air conditioning, refrigeration, and related laundry and galley equipment in a shipyard environment within the Hampton Roads area. You will use your HVAC and refrigeration expertise to ensure critical equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems used in laundry and galley operations within shipyards.
+ Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on HVAC and refrigeration equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment schematics to complete installations and repairs accurately.
