Acquisition Director

Job Summary This position is primarily responsible for negotiating and offering lump-sum cash payments to public and private cell tower landlords for an assignment of future rental income associated with their cell sites, over the telephone and by email by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Primary Responsibilities

Research and compiles list of prospective customers for use as acquisition leads, based on information within our data base, information generated by one’s own market knowledge to enhance that information and other sources

Makes outbound calls and lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, mail, and e-mail to build rapport with prospective landlords and acts as an advisor and subject matter expert, negotiate, qualify leads, and acquire rents

Originates and acquires wireless infrastructure assets

Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality
