ACMV Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Air‑Conditioning Engineering Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, as well as supporting Addition & Alteration (A&A) works for building construction projects.

• Install, service, maintain, and repair air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Support ACMV works for building construction and A&A projects.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams as required.
