ACH Specialist

Description We are looking for an ACH Specialist to support daily deposit operations and ensure transaction processing is completed accurately and on schedule. This position plays an important role in maintaining compliance with banking regulations, reconciling key accounts, and assisting with a range of operational banking activities. Based in Memphis, Tennessee, this role also partners with internal teams to provide dependable service and help keep deposit-related processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Manage ACH origination activity and review transactions for adherence to applicable banking rules and internal controls.
• Reconcile daily cash letters, bank cash, and other operational balances to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Process collection items, overdrafts, stop payments, returns, adjustments, and chargebacks in accordance with established procedures.
