Acetylene Plant Operator

Location: Boise, ID

Wage: $18.00/hr

Schedule Monday to Friday: 4:00am – 1:00pm.



Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Acetylene Plant Operator responsible for the safe operation of an acetylene production plant and the proper filling of acetylene cylinders. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely start up and shut down plant operations as required
Operate and monitor plant systems during production
Record operational data and maintain accurate logs
Add carbide and maintain proper production levels
Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective action
Perform visual inspections of cylinders prior to filling
