Job Description

SUMMARY

The Screen Repair Associate is responsible for providing in-store screen repair services for windows, doors, and porches while delivering outstanding customer service. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the customer’s satisfaction. The associate also supports general store operations and promotes additional products and services when appropriate. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform screen repairs and replacements, including cutting, fitting, and installing screen material for windows and doors
  • Assist customers by assessing repair needs and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Measure, assemble, and rebuild screens using store tools and materials
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area, including proper handling of tools and equipment
